Craps seems to be intimidating. Cool down and understand the important terminologies and the action they represent in craps and you are playing craps! In craps you either bet stating that a particular number will come up in the dice or you will bet stating that a particular number will not come in the dice.
The player throwing the dice is the shooter.
Craps is a game played with dice. When you throw the pair of dice, the number rolled is the come out. Some bets are placed before the come out roll and some are placed after the come out roll.
The craps table layout is where you place your bets on a bet type. There are different bet types in craps and they are:
Natural Win, Craps – Loss Throw, Establishing a Point
Point Number in Craps
Once you are playing after establishing a point number, it is important you throw the point number before (don’t pass and don’t come bets) or after (pass and come out bets) the 7 based on the applicable bet you are rolling the point for.
Once you have established a point, throwing 11, 2, 3 or 12 makes no sense. It is all about throwing a 7 before or after 7 for the bet type you are playing for. The odds are obviously different for the bet types.
