Let it ride Information

Let it ride poker is a variant of 5-card stud poker. A deck containing 52 cards is used in this game.  This game is played like blackjack; however, has a potential for payouts that are higher than blackjack.  The goal of the play is to make a hand that has a pair of 10s or better making use of the 3 cards that are dealt.

The game proceeds:

  • The player is dealt three cards
  • Two community cards are dealt to the dealer face down
  • The players makes 3 bets of equal value on the respective circle applicable for the betting circles
  • An optional bonus bet can also be made
  • After looking in to the value of the three cards, the player can take back the bet in circle number one or he can continue to play “let it ride.”
  • After all the players make their decision, the dealer opens one of the community cards.
  • All the players consider the community card as the fourth card and the players can now choose to take the bet from the second circle not the bet from the first circle or continue to play “let it ride.”
  • After all the players make their decision, the dealer opens the second of the community cards.
  • All the players consider the community card as the fifth card and the players can now choose to take the bet from the third circle not the bet from the first or second circle or continue to play “let it ride.”

The players who do not have the paying bets lose their bets and those who have a hand that qualifies for the payouts get their payouts as follows:

  • Tens or better yield 1 : 1
  • Two pair yield 2 : 1
  • Three of a kind yield 3 : 1
  • Straight yield 5 : 1
  • Flush yield 8 : 1
  • Full house yield 11 : 1
  • Four of a kind yield 50 : 1
